Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Promise

Most privacy policies bury the bad stuff. We lead with what makes us different. Here's what we will never do with your data:

Never Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Ever. This isn't negotiable.

Never Sell Your Content

Your photos, posts, and creations are yours. We will never sell your content or package it for others to buy.

No Ads. None.

We don't show advertisements. We don't have advertisers. We don't need to collect data to target you with ads because there are no ads.

No Tracking Across the Web

We don't follow you around the internet. No tracking pixels on other sites. No buying data about what you do elsewhere.

No Shadow Profiles

We don't build profiles on people who haven't signed up. We don't collect data on your friends who aren't members.

No Manipulative Algorithms

We don't use algorithms designed to maximize your time on screen or manipulate your emotions. Your feed shows what your community posts.

No Using Your Face

We don't run facial recognition on your photos. We don't train AI models on your images. Your face is your business.

No Selling to AI Companies

We don't sell or license your posts, photos, or data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

No Hidden Data Sharing

We don't have secret partnerships where your data flows to companies you've never heard of. What you see here is what we do.

No Listening Through Your Mic

We don't access your microphone in the background. We don't analyze your conversations. That's creepy and we don't do it.

No Location Tracking

We don't continuously track your location in the background. We only use location when you explicitly search for nearby chapters.

No Dark Patterns

We don't use confusing interfaces designed to trick you into sharing more than you want. Privacy settings are clear and easy to find.

The Boring (But Important) Legal Stuff

The section above tells you who we are. The sections below are the standard privacy policy language that protects both you and us. We've tried to keep it readable.
